Getting started

No prior travel experience is required to get started. Many of our agents come from completely different backgrounds. You will complete structured training that covers the basics of selling travel, using the booking systems and working with suppliers, so you build the knowledge you need step by step. What matters most is enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and good people skills.
This is a self-employment opportunity, not employment. You run your own travel business, set your own hours and are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance. We provide the training, technology, supplier access and support to help you build that business, but you remain your own boss.
You can start your application online. We will usually invite you to a short discovery call so you can ask questions and we can check the opportunity is a good fit for you. If you decide to go ahead, you complete the onboarding steps, pay the joining fee and begin your training. Eligibility terms apply.
A discovery call is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we explain how the opportunity works, answer your questions and help you decide whether it is right for you. It is also a chance for us to understand your goals so we can point you towards the most suitable package.
You can build your travel business part-time or full-time — it is entirely up to you. Because you are self-employed, you choose the hours you put in. Many people start part-time alongside other commitments and grow from there. Bear in mind that, as with any business, the results you see are likely to reflect the time and effort you invest, and results vary.
Yes, a minimum term applies, which is set out in your agreement before you join. There is also a joining fee and a monthly fee. We will always make the current terms clear during onboarding so you can make an informed decision.
No, this is not a franchise. You run a standalone, self-employed travel business under the Group's Package Travel Regulations arrangements. There is no franchise fee. You are your own boss, responsible for your own tax and National Insurance, and you decide how you build your business. We provide the technology, training, supplier access and support, but the business is genuinely yours to run.
Yes. A professional website is included as part of your membership, so customers can find you and enquire online at any time. It forms part of the technology package that comes with your £35 monthly fee, alongside booking and itinerary software. You do not need to build or host a website yourself, which means you can focus on selling travel and looking after your customers.
You have a broad choice of approved suppliers and are free to choose which products and destinations to focus on. There is no directional selling, so you are not pushed towards particular suppliers. Many agents build a niche around what they know and enjoy. You always sell within each supplier's terms, and the approved supplier list can change from time to time as commercial arrangements evolve.
Very little. To work from home you mainly need a computer or laptop and a reliable internet connection. The core technology you need to run the business, including your website, booking software, itinerary tools and back-office systems, is provided as part of your membership. This keeps your start-up costs low and means you can begin building your travel business without buying expensive equipment.

Commercial & commission

On qualifying bookings you keep 85% of the commission earned, and 15% is retained to fund the systems, supplier relationships, support and infrastructure that sit behind your business. The actual amount you earn depends on the bookings you make and each supplier's own commission terms. Commission varies and is not guaranteed.
There is no set or guaranteed income. Earnings depend on how much you sell, the suppliers and products you choose, your commission terms and the time you invest. Because this is your own business, results vary significantly from person to person. We can show you how commission works, but we cannot promise any particular figure.
Commission is typically confirmed once a booking is paid in full and, in many cases, after the customer has travelled, because that is when suppliers release it. Your share is then paid to you according to the payment schedule explained during onboarding. Timings can vary by supplier.
If a booking is cancelled, the related commission may not be payable, and where commission has already been paid it can be subject to clawback by the supplier. This is normal across the travel industry. We will explain how cancellations and clawbacks are handled so there are no surprises.
There is a one-off joining fee and an ongoing monthly fee, which cover your training, technology, supplier access and support. The current fees are set out clearly before you commit, and eligibility terms apply.
No. We never guarantee income, a number of customers or a level of bookings. Any examples we share are illustrative only and results vary. This is a genuine business opportunity, and what you get out of it reflects what you put in.
Joining involves a one-off joining fee of £1,750 and an ongoing membership fee of £35 per month. A card transaction fee of 1.3% also applies to card payments you take from customers. There is no franchise fee. These are the current costs and they are confirmed clearly before you commit, so you can make an informed decision. Eligibility terms apply.
No. There is no franchise fee, because this is not a franchise. The franchise fee is £0. Instead, you run your own standalone, self-employed travel business under the Group's Package Travel Regulations arrangements. The costs involved are the one-off joining fee, the monthly membership fee and the card transaction fee on customer card payments, all of which are made clear before you join.
Yes. A card transaction fee of 1.3% applies to card payments you take from your customers. This reflects the cost of processing card payments securely and is standard across the payments industry. The fee is applied to the transaction value, and we explain how it works during onboarding so there are no surprises when you start taking bookings.
The £35 monthly membership fee covers a broad package of tools and support: a professional website, an AI marketing assistant, itinerary-building software, booking software, Package Travel Regulations compliance, access to all our global suppliers, dedicated support, a social media manager and our in-house bedbank. In short, it provides the technology, supplier access and back-office infrastructure you need to run your travel business from home.
On qualifying bookings you can keep up to 85% of the eligible commission, with the Group retaining 15% to fund the systems, supplier relationships and support behind your business. The exact amount varies by supplier and by each supplier's own commission terms. Commission is not guaranteed and can be clawed back if a customer cancels. We explain how it all works clearly during onboarding.

Training & support

You get access to a structured training academy that takes you from the fundamentals through to more advanced selling and destination knowledge. Training combines self-paced modules, live sessions and practical guidance, so you can learn in a way that suits you and revisit topics whenever you need to.
Support continues well beyond your initial training. You can lean on our support team, a community of fellow agents, marketing guidance and regular updates. You are running your own business, but you are never doing it entirely alone.
Yes. Once you join, you will have access to support contact details, including a telephone number, so you can reach us when you need help. The specific contact routes and hours are shared with you during onboarding.
Yes. We provide marketing support and resources to help you promote your business, from templates and guidance to advice on finding and looking after customers. How you use these tools is up to you, and, as with everything, results vary.
Yes. A social media manager is included as part of your membership. It is designed to help you plan, schedule and share content so you can promote your travel business consistently without spending all day on social media. Alongside our AI marketing assistant and guidance, it makes it easier to stay visible. How you use these tools is up to you, and results vary.
Onboarding and initial training can often be completed within a few weeks, though the exact time depends on your pace and how much time you can commit. Training is self-paced alongside live sessions, so you can work through it in a way that suits you. Getting set up is only the beginning; building customers and bookings takes ongoing effort, and how quickly you see results varies from person to person.

Suppliers & selling

You have access to a broad choice of approved suppliers across many types of travel, from package holidays and cruises to flights, hotels and more. The exact suppliers available can change from time to time as commercial arrangements evolve.
Yes. Within the broad choice of approved suppliers, you decide which products and destinations to focus on. Many agents build a niche around what they know and love. You always sell within each supplier's terms and the standards expected of you.
You get access to booking and back-office technology that helps you search, quote, book and manage customers in one place. Training covers how to use the systems, and support is on hand if you get stuck. The tools are designed to make running your business simpler.
Most new agents start with people they already know — friends, family and personal networks — and grow from there using social media, referrals and the marketing support we provide. Building a customer base takes time and consistent effort, and how quickly it grows varies from person to person.
ATOL (Air Travel Organiser's Licence) is a UK scheme run by the Civil Aviation Authority that provides financial protection on most flight-inclusive package holidays, so customers are protected if a provider fails. You do not need to hold your own ATOL to get started, because you sell under the Group's arrangements, which are designed to provide the appropriate financial protection for the holidays you sell. We explain how this works during onboarding.
The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, often called the PTR, are UK consumer laws that set out how holiday packages must be sold, what information customers must receive and how their money must be protected. As a member, you sell under the Group's PTR arrangements, which are structured to help you meet these requirements. Training and ongoing support cover what this means for you in practice.
A bedbank is a wholesale accommodation supplier that provides hotel and accommodation rooms at net (wholesale) rates. You add your own mark-up to those net rates to build your price and earn your margin. This gives you flexibility on pricing and access to a wide range of accommodation. The Group has its own in-house bedbank, which is included as part of your membership.

Fam trips & benefits

Familiarisation ("fam") trips are opportunities you can apply for when they become available. They are offered by suppliers and destinations to help agents build first-hand knowledge, and they are subject to availability, eligibility and the relevant terms. Fam trips are not guaranteed and should not be seen as a perk you automatically receive.
Personal travel benefits may become available to you over time, subject to eligibility. As a general guide, eligibility typically requires being active for at least 3 months and having completed 10 or more bookings, and terms apply. These benefits are provided by suppliers, can change, and are not guaranteed.
Customer money is held securely in a Trust Account with Protected Trust Services (PTS). This means funds are ring-fenced and protected until they are due to be released, giving your customers confidence that their money is safe. Financial protection is an important part of selling travel responsibly, and we explain exactly how the trust arrangements work during onboarding so you can reassure your customers.
